Terms of Service (English)

1. Who you are contracting with

SteadyRN is operated by MB Evelaina, a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in the Republic of Lithuania. MB Evelaina is the seller of record for every purchase on this site and is registered for value added tax in Lithuania.

2. What SteadyRN is

The readiness check is free. It is a 60-item practice set covering the eight NCLEX client-need categories, followed by a readiness report showing your score in each category against a 65% reference line, your weakest categories, and a pass-probability estimate.

The Founding Member — 90-Day IEN Pass is a paid preorder for the full practice bank we are building for internationally-educated nurses.

SteadyRN is exam-preparation material. It is not a nursing course, not a licensing or credentialing service, not a job-placement service, and not immigration advice.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to take the readiness check or to place a preorder. The content is written for internationally-educated nurses preparing for the NCLEX; anyone else is welcome to use it, but it is built around that audience and we make no claim that it suits another purpose.

4. The Founding Pass is a preorder, not finished access

This is the most important paragraph on this page. When you pay for the Founding Member — 90-Day IEN Pass you are buying a commitment to future access, not access you can use that day. The full practice bank does not exist yet. We are building it, and preorders are how we find out whether it is worth building. Your payment reserves your Founding Member place and locks the founding price.

We are committed to delivering your Founding Pass by September 18, 2026. Your 90 days of access begin when we deliver your pass, not on the day you pay.

If we have not delivered by that date you are entitled to a full refund. The Refund Guarantee sets out exactly how that works and forms part of these terms.

5. Price and payment

The Founding Pass is a single one-time charge of the amount shown on the offer page, in the currency shown there. The founding price is lower than the price we intend to charge at launch; both are displayed side by side before you pay. The amount displayed before you confirm is the amount charged to your card.

This is not a subscription. There is no renewal, no recurring charge, and no stored payment method we could charge again.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card number, expiry date and security code are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach our servers — we never see or store them.

6. Educational use — this is not medical advice

Every practice item, rationale and readiness explanation on SteadyRN exists to help you prepare for a licensing examination. None of it is clinical advice and none of it is a protocol for treating a real patient. Do not use SteadyRN to make a decision about anyone's care.

Exam-correct answers are chosen against the examination's frame of reference, which is deliberately standardised and can differ from your employer's policy, from practice in your own country, and from the current guideline at your bedside. At work, follow your licence, your scope of practice, your employer's policies and current clinical guidance — not us.

7. No guarantee of your exam result

The pass-probability figure in your readiness report is an estimate calculated from your answers to 60 items. It is not a prediction of your NCLEX result, it is not produced or validated by the body that administers the examination, and no score on SteadyRN entitles you to anything on exam day.

We do not guarantee that you will pass, and nothing in this service should be read as such a guarantee. The free extension described in the Refund Guarantee gives you the product for longer — it is not a promise of a result.

8. NCLEX, NCSBN and trademarks

NCLEX and NCLEX-RN are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN).

SteadyRN and MB Evelaina are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise connected to NCSBN or to any state board of nursing. We use the examination's name only to state truthfully which examination our material prepares you for.

Every item on SteadyRN is written from scratch by us against public sources. We do not reproduce, copy or paraphrase NCSBN material or live examination content, and we do not want it. If you believe any item on this site reproduces examination content, tell us and we will take it down.

9. Acceptable use

The readiness check and the Founding Pass are licensed to you personally, for your own examination preparation. You may not:

• copy, publish, resell, share or redistribute our items, rationales or reports;
• scrape or bulk-download the service, or run automated tools against it;
• use our content to build or train a competing question bank, dataset or model;
• interfere with the service, try to reach parts of it that are not open to you, or test its security without our written permission;
• use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately false material.

If you break these rules we may withdraw your access. If you have paid, we will refund what you paid unless the breach was an attempt to defraud us.

10. What we own and what you own

We own the SteadyRN name, this site, the software behind it, and all practice items, rationales and report content.

You own your answers and the results derived from them. By taking the readiness check you allow us to use your answers and scores in aggregate, without identifying you, to measure and improve the item bank and to decide what to build next.

11. Availability and changes to the product

SteadyRN is a new, pre-launch service run by a small company. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, add to or remove parts of the product.

What we will not do is quietly change the substance of what you preordered. If we have to change the Founding Pass so materially that it is no longer what you paid for, we will tell you and you may take a full refund instead. If we decide not to build the product at all, we will refund every preorder without waiting for anyone to ask.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Everything below is subject to that.

We are not liable for your examination result, for any licensing, employment, immigration or career outcome, or for a clinical decision anyone makes after reading our material. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss of data.

For everything else, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you have actually paid us. The free readiness check is provided as it is, without warranty.

13. Governing law and your consumer rights

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

That choice does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer you keep every right your own law gives you that cannot be contracted away, and where those rules protect you more than these terms do, those rules apply. Where your law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country, this agreement does not take that away.

Wherever you are, the fastest route is to write to us first. The refund route in the Refund Guarantee is handled by a person, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the version and effective date at the top of this page, and the new version applies to your use of the service from the date it takes effect.

Changes do not retroactively alter the delivery date, the refund guarantee or the price of a preorder you have already paid for. For that purchase, the version of these terms and of the Refund Guarantee in force when you paid continues to apply.

15. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the storage technologies we use are listed in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
